I am not really an anime fan, but Sailor Moon is a bit of an exception. When my children were young, they started watching it on TV, and I began watching it with them. There was a lot of silly humor in it.

One of my funniest memories is that we bought our daughter a Sailor Moon alarm clock. It was a figurine of Sailor Moon, about 12 inches high. When the alarm went off, the Theme Song played and Sailor Moon cried "Wake Up!" at regular intervals. But the volume of the alarm was soft, and it never woke our daughter very well.
